Cost of Registration: $75 non-refundable check or money order
We are a tuition-based Preschool located at Crestwood High School. Children must be 3 or 4 years-old on or before September 1st, 2024 in order to enroll. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ABLE TO INDEPENDENTLY USE THE BATHROOM.
Registration will take place in the Crestwood High School main lobby. You must present your driver’s license and your child’s original birth certificate.
Crestwood Child Care Center Options for 2024-2025:
The tuition fee is $17.00 per day. For Session I, this includes a daily breakfast and lunch; for Session II, this includes a daily lunch and snack for each child. The tuition for the entire month is due on the first Monday of each month. Checks or money orders must be made out to CRESTWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT. These are the only acceptable methods of payment. NO Cash! No refunds will be made for absences, vacations or withdrawals.
Session I (Morning Session):
Mon/Wed/Fri, 8:00 am – 12:50 pm. $17.00/day
Session II (Afternoon Session):
Mon/Wed/Fri, 9:00 am – 1:50 pm. $17.00/day
